Data Deletion Policy

Open Gandy Plan, go to Settings, choose Account, then Delete account. Confirm when prompted. This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription bought through an app store — cancel that separately in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings.

If you cannot access the app, email support@thegandyplan.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Data deletion request”.

We may ask one or two questions to verify your identity before acting, so that nobody else can delete your data.

Your profile and login credentials.

All season plans, collections, budgets, purchase orders, supplier records and sales figures you entered.

Uploaded attachments and generated reports linked to your account.

Support correspondence tied to your account, unless we must retain it to resolve an ongoing dispute.

Invoices, payment records and tax documentation, which we are legally required to keep for a defined statutory period.

Aggregated or anonymised usage statistics that can no longer identify you.

Records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or to comply with a legal obligation or court order.

Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days of verification. Data is removed from live systems immediately or shortly after, and purged from encrypted backups within the normal backup rotation cycle.

We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you may need your season history later, export your reports from the app first, or ask us for a copy of your data before requesting deletion.
